Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Roadmap Rent. Please read them before booking.

Service Provider

Roadmap Rent is operated by linqdashoff.com LLC, 4D Stepana Bandery Avenue, Business Center 'River Port', office 312, Kyiv, 02000, Ukraine. EDRPOU code 51860467. Booking and Distance Contract

Placing a booking creates a distance contract. Before checkout we show provider identity, service characteristics, total price, these terms, complaint procedure and dispute-resolution options, as required by Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991. Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw without reason, subject to exceptions.

User Responsibilities and Liability

You must provide accurate data, follow rental rules and use the service lawfully. Under the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV of 16 January 2003 terms must be clear, parties must act in good faith, and we are liable for non-performance or defective performance. Our liability is limited to direct damages unless mandatory law says otherwise; we are not liable for force majeure or user misconduct.

Information, Privacy and Communications

We publish reliable, non-misleading information under Law of Ukraine "On Information" No. 2657-XII of 2 October 1992. Personal data, including via cookies or tracking, is processed on a lawful basis with a transparent notice under Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010. Where electronic communications infrastructure is used, traffic/location data processing requires consent under Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020.
