Driver and Age Requirements

Drivers must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driving licence issued at least 2 years before pickup. A passport or ID card is required.

Security Deposit

A refundable deposit is pre-authorised on a payment card at pickup. The amount depends on vehicle class. It is released within 14 business days after return if no damage or fines apply.

Insurance, Mileage, Fuel, Taxes and Fees

Rates include compulsory third-party liability insurance. Optional excess limits are in the rental agreement. Unlimited mileage applies unless stated otherwise. Vehicles must be returned with a full tank. Mandatory taxes are included; additional fees may apply.

Pickup, Return and Cancellation

The vehicle is handed over after document verification, deposit pre-authorisation, and signed acceptance certificate. Return is by appointment; late returns incur charges. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may forfeit prepayment or incur a one-day charge. No-shows are charged in full.

Consumer Rights and Legal Basis

Provided under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015, the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991, the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV of 16 January 2003, and the Commercial Code of Ukraine No. 436-IV of 16 January 2003. A 14-day withdrawal right applies under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991, except for services already performed. Information reliability under the Law of Ukraine "On Information" No. 2657-XII of 2 October 1992. Personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010; electronic communications data under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020.
